If You Have a Ryobi Electric Pressure Washer
Ryobi electric machines have unusual trigger gun fittings. If you have a Ryobi electric machine, choose No Electric Adapter on this product page.
Important: different Ryobi electric models connect to the drain cleaner in different ways.
- If the nozzle-end of your trigger gun has a black plastic spray lance (Ryobi models RY14122, RY141600, RY141612 and RY141812G), the trigger gun fittings are not compatible with common adapters.
For these models you will need to connect the drain cleaner to the pressure washer's high pressure hose. This bypasses the trigger gun, making it necessary for you to control the water flow with your pressure washer on-off switch and garden hose valve.
You will need to use extra care to operate the sewer jetter only when the nozzle is at least one foot inside the drain opening.
- If the nozzle-end of your trigger gun has a metal spray lance (Ryobi model RY141900 ), the trigger gun has fittings that are normally found on gas-powered machines.
For this model you can connect the drain cleaner to the pressure washer trigger gun, after you remove the metal spray wand.
