50 Ft Needle Nose Drain Cleaner for Electric

First of all, I want to praise the company. Whoever is running this company has excellent attention to detail and is very methodical. The website has great information and I felt very comfortable ordering an unfamiliar product that I had never even seen used before. After placing my order, I received a call from someone at Clog Hog that verified I was buying the right product for my pressure washer and the type of clog I had, which further put my mind at ease that I was not wasting money.

Ok, my clog. We bought our house 3 months ago, I am a housewife who tries to make it so that my hard-working husband doesn’t have to spend long hours at work and then have work when he gets home, and I noticed the long French drain trough in front of our detached garage was filled to the top of the grate's with mud and debris. I took up all the grates, mucked out the trough, and attempted to rinse the trough with a garden hose fitted with a nozzle that produced a pretty powerful stream. The trough just filled. I inspected the line and there seemed to be a 90 degree elbow at the end leading to a 6” drop and a 2nd 90 degree elbow, and this was under the concrete driveway. They appeared to hook up to a 2” PVC pipe that went 2.5’ before making a 45 degree turn and heading about 10’ down a slope and exiting in our yard. I hauled the hose around and fed it up that end, all was clear but the nozzle would hang up at the join in the 45 degree bend. I wasn’t sure if there were roots there or it was just the join—previous homeowner had planted a BUSH over their French drain. Anyway, no water got through and after I ran my endoscope up from the back I could tell it was probably the 6” drop that was packed with debris. Since my pipe was so narrow and there were tight bends my snake wouldn’t go through. I called Roto-Rooter and they quoted me $550 minimum for 2 hours of jetting. There wasn’t any place in my surrounding area that rented a jetter so I looked at buying.

Online I saw sewer jets on Amazon for $50-$60 but the reviews were mixed and there wasn’t a lot of information. Amazon sellers have disappointed me so many times but I seem to always go back for the convenience. I decided to look for better quality. I wanted this to work and I felt I might have other uses for a sewer jetter in this house. Enter Clog Hog!

I read the reviews and felt like there was hope, so many people detailing the success they had seemed to be a good sign. I ordered a 50’ sewer jetter for my 3300 PSI gas pressure washer. I ordered on Monday night, it shipped on Tuesday and arrived that Friday. I went right out to try it out and after reading the instructions and setting things up, was ready to go. I approached the clog from the rear and fed a couple feet of line up before hitting the trigger. It took off up and around the bend. As promised, the streamlined end of it did not get hung up where my hose nozzle always seemed to, and within one minute I had mud water shooting out signifying it had gotten to the clog and was working on it! I backed it off and ran it back multiple times, patiently working at it. 15 minutes later, I was through!!! I went up to the trough and ran water in with the hose and watched it drain immediately.

My husband is now looking around at what else he can have me use it on!

I had been working for over a week on a clogged kitchen drain. I had ran a 20 foot snake down the drain many times for it to only plug back up in a day or two. Tried another brand of jetter hose but the nozzle end was too long and it wouldn't go around corners.

Received this today and it went right around my elbows and took all 50 feet. Hit a hard spot at around 20 feet and worked it back and forth and all of a sudden it shot through clog. Worked it back and forth as I took it back out and now drain is flowing again with no problems.

This is an amazing product. I had tried numerous times with a standard power snake to clear my drain lines to the street. Still ended up with the "gurgling" sound we've been having. Even with my small (2200 PSI 1.2 GPM) electric pressure washer, this product cleared about a quart jar of calcium chunks build up out the cleanout. Probably more was flushed out to the street. Ran it down the vent on the roof and could feel that let loose. (Birds - Dust - etc) No more "gurgling". OH, live in Arizona - Hard Water from Hell.

Best product ever.....!!! Removed all the sludge buildup in my drain line and cleaned it out really good, very powerful Jetter, No More sewage smell from the buildup sludge in the pipe.
Service desk was very helpful when I placed an order, he called and guided me thru what I need and how to use his product.

Worked well with my electric powerwasher. Hose was high quality. Arrived in only a few days. Customer service was great in helping to confirm what I needed for my situation.

I first ordered one from a competitor, but the tip was too large. I used the Clog Hog needle nose connected to an electric pressure washer. Any time there was resistance, I stopped advancing for a few moments, pulled back about six inches then advanced till I hit the resistance again. Usually once or twice and the resistance was removed. The entire pressure hose went through the line. Saved me $$$, no jetting service needed. I can do it myself. Thank you Clog Hog!!

The Clog Hog worked as advertised. Used a Greenworks Electric pressure washer, model 2700.

Found it too stiff to get through a P-trap, but had expected it would not before starting, only hoped it would.

As detailed on our Drain Cleaning Tips pages, you can usually push and twist this drain cleaner through walk-in shower floor drains, garage floor drains, and tight elbows near a drain opening - but not through a sink trap because there's usually a short-radius elbow right after that trap.

You'd need to remove the sink trap, and push and twist the drain cleaner though that next elbow that you've exposed.

I got the 50' with the adapter gun for my Ryobi electric power washer. The drain for my kitchen sink was clogged and it took me about 45 min to 1hr to clear the clog.

It was able to clean the entire drain and dislodged a whole grocery bag full of soap like substance.

My kitchen sink stopped working and began backing up after running the dishwasher. I ran a 25 foot power snake through the drain 3 times without success. I was planning on renting a longer snake and or jetter, but after seeing the cost of a rental I found the Clog Hog products. I ended up buying a Ryobi 1900 PSI pressure washer and the 50 foot jetter.

Clog Hog called me personally to verify the correct jetter and adapter I needed and it arrived the following day. Awesome! They also recommended an Inline filter to protect the washer and to help keep the Jets clear.

The Clog Hog solved my kitchen sink issue the first try. I was able to get navigate 1-1/2" PVC to 2" cast iron inch with a 90 degree turn.

I have had problems with my laundry washer drain for several years now. I've called three different plumbers to get this clog resolved at $300 a pop. Each one ran a snake into the drain. The last plumber used one of those handheld snakes that you hook up to a drill.

Of course, they all worked, but only for a short time, usually within 4 months, it was clogged again. I could tell it wasn't going to work because I could hear the drain start to fill up, although it never overflowed.

So, I bought one of these handheld snakes hoping to save myself some $$$. Every 4 -5 months I would snake the drain. This got to be annoying.

I did some research online and came across the Clog Hog. I thought I would give it a try because of the high reviews.

I received my Clog Hog in two days. I put the jetter in the washer drain but it stopped about ten feet in. I think I hit the trap and it wouldn't go any further. I knew the clog was much farther in, so I went onto the roof and went down the vent.

I could feel the jetter hit the clog. It went thru in seconds. I backed off and cleaned that section several times. The drain is now working better than ever.

I highly recommend the Clog Hog to anyone, Pro or DIY'er.

Impressed! As a service plumber for 20 years I have been totally impressed by the amount of pulling force and cleaning power generated by the new Clog Hog high force nozzle. It is more than I honestly expected!

I pack my Ryobi 1600 psi electric pressure washer unit with the Clog Hog set up with gun neatly in a rollaway toolbox and I'm good to go to my next job. My set up cost me less than $500! YES LESS!

Blasting through stopped up 1-1/2" to 2" lines and it cleared these lines with more power. This did not cost me a bundle.

More force than the expensive unit offered by the others! I'm in business to make money while providing my clients with quality service. High force, quality jetting, better cleaning!

The Clog Hog company was great to work with and easily made up for missing features in the website.

I have used the Clog Hog on my electric pressure washer to clean storm lines (i.e. sump pump lines) and house drain lines (PVC and black iron) with great results. My drains went from low flow to like new full flow again.

It worked exactly like it should. What's nice about it is because the 3 back jets, it actually helps feed the hose through the pipes. I would recommended to anyone.

I’ve had years of aggravation dealing with a recurring grease clog problem on the 2” line from my kitchen sink. I’ve fussed and fumed while struggling to force a 50’ wire plumbing snake into the 2” outside wall clean out, just a foot or so below the sink. It’s never been easy and once I do manage to get the snake around the down turn, it’s always an endurance contest between me and the clog(s) to see who lasts the longest. After all that, most of the time I only manage to break a hole through the grease clog that ultimately re-fills and re-clogs when I least expect it and have no desire to start the process again.

After seeing ads for your product (and competitors’ products) for several years, this time—after I snaked again but knowing the job was only a “bandaid” for a serious ailment—I bit the bullet and ordered your 50’ hose and a special attachment for my small electric pressure washer. Still skeptical once it arrived, I was amazed how easy it was to connect and use. And my old struggle just to make the down turn at the wall clean out was gone with your hose and water-driven nozzle. Apparently my pipes were heavily encrusted with lots of very old, hard grease—which your product broke apart and flushed back out of the clean out. After a thorough back and forth cleaning, the water’s draining better than ever before. And this was so easy compared to my old snake method, I plan to re-jet twice a year just as a regular preventative maintenance item. Wish I had done this sooner!!! Used the 50ft cleaner for our outside drains. Amazing results cleaning everything out quickly. Highly recommend this tool ... save a lot of plumber bills.

I ordered the 50' Needle Nose set to clean the line from our kitchen sink because of the soap and fat in the long, low-slope drain line that I had to clean out once before with a rotary snake. What a mess! The jet cleaner did a superb job on these PVC lines even with my 1650 psi electric washer. The nozzle pulls itself into the pipe just as described and leaves everything quite clean and clear.

I had a little difficulty getting the hose fitting onto my old washer gun, but with a little convincing and a wrench, it did fit correctly. The only operating trouble I had was the nozzle not going past one of the laundry traps where there is another 90 right after the trap. I tried every thing in the help (pulsing, twisting) and even warm water to soften the line a bit, but it would still stop at the same point. That left a 8" section to the main partly uncleaned, but I can live with it. The main lines were very easy to clear from the cleanouts.

I'm looking forward to trying this on the corrugated pipes below our downspouts when the weather gets warmer to flush out many years of roof debris. I've been quite pleased with what it has done so far.

I had read many testimonials about the Clog Hog so I thought I’d give it a try. I had a very slow shower drain that I had been unable to clear. It took me some time but I removed all sorts of stuff (even a small plastic toy fish) from a 55 year old drain. I ran it the full 50’ length and now the drain is clear. It has definitely paid for itself in plumbing costs if I had a “pro” came out to do it. Thanks.

Start by saying I own a kinetic water ram and several sized power augers, I had a basement bathroom floor drain that I tried everything on.

A camera inspection showed construction debris for several feet restricting the flow along the bottom of the line. The bathroom was roughed in years ago but never finished, the stuff was dry and solid.

The Clog Hog cleaned it in 20 minutes!!!

After years of trying to clear a twelve foot drain line from the kitchen sink to the one of the larger main lines (both with a snake and plumbers with snakes), I researched different ways to sewer jet the clog. Local plumbers wanted around $700. Didn't feel comfortable trying to fashion my own hose from internet parts. Read the Clog Hog reviews and ordered the 50 ft. Needle Nose Drain cleaner. Since the pipe I needed to clear was a two inch pipe and I needed to go around a couple of angles, this was a good choice.

It arrived quickly and I hooked it up no problem using the adapter kit. At first when it encountered the clog it didn't jet right through it. I followed the instructions and backed it out and kept at it. It took about fifteen minutes to clean it out completely, but I kept going back and forth for another ten minutes to make sure. Forty years of grease gone. Also, I am a rockhound and have used that sink to wash off a number of rocks. Probably there was grease and rock pieces stuck together. I don't wash rocks in that sink anymore. I used an electric pressure washer. If I had a gas one, I bet the clog would have been gone in half the time or less.

We have a seven unit apartment building. We have had many problems with draining issues and have always attempted to try to use a traditional cable snake to unclog the drain. Sometimes the cable snake would work but majority of the time it would not or the occurrence of the back up wood happen again within one months time.

We had chose to order the clock hog drain snake and sure enough it had unclogged the drain line and it has been eight months before another occurrence had happened. As I had said before using the traditional snake the occurrence of the clogged drain would happen within one month but I feel that the clog hog had clean the pipe along with unclogging the drain. Remember this is an apartment unit in with many tenants they have a tendency to throw oil or grease down the drain and even though they are not supposed to. But now what we do for the apartments is that we Clog Hog all the drains every three months just to avoid any build up and waiting for it an occurrence to happen.

50 Ft Needle Nose Drain Cleaner, is a wonderful product, I was able to clear my kitchen sink drain, with no problem.

I had a frozen sewer line and this cut thru it with ease. I highly recommend using this tool. It worked great with my electric pressure washer and plan to use it anytime I have slow draining or grease filled lines and gutter or yard drain pipes.

Way cheaper than calling a plumber

After attempting to clear our kitchen drain with no less than 4 different drain tools, including another brand of drain jetter, I started figuring out another plan. With all my efforts resulting in no measurable success, I started calling plumbing experts.

After getting 3 different quotes, I realized I could buy the 50 ft Clog Hog for a little more than one service call. I'm so happy I did.

Product worked as described. Quality hose and well machined nozzle. A few more dollars than some other competing products but worth it. Cleared a frozen septic line, worked great.
